1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Noren offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your Noren product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.

This guarantee exists because we believe in our product. If it does not work for you, you should not pay for it.

How to Request a Refund

     Email us at hello@trynoren.com with your order number and a brief note on why you would like a refund

     We will confirm your request within 1–2 business days

     Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

     You do not need to return the product — keep it or dispose of it

2. Refund Eligibility

What Is Covered

     First-time purchases within 30 days of the original purchase date

     Orders where the product arrived damaged or defective

     Orders where the wrong product was sent

What Is Not Covered

     Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the original purchase date — we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after this window

     Repeat purchases or subsequent subscription orders (the guarantee applies to your first order only)

     Purchases made through unauthorized third-party sellers

     Products that have been misused, tampered with, or stored improperly (e.g., exposed to heat or moisture)

After the 30-day window has passed, all sales are final. We encourage you to reach out to us before your guarantee period expires if you have any concerns.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@trynoren.com with:

     Your order number

     A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

     A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Subscription Refunds

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first subscription order. Subsequent subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. If you wish to avoid a future charge, please cancel or pause your subscription before your next billing date (see Section 5).

5. Subscription — Cancel or Pause Anytime

No lock-ins. No penalty fees. Cancel or pause your subscription whenever you want.

     Log into your account at trynoren.com and manage your subscription from your account dashboard

     Or email us at hello@trynoren.com and we will cancel it for you within 24 hours

     Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid the upcoming charge

How to Pause

Not ready to cancel but need a break? You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months at any time. Your next order will be skipped and your billing will resume automatically when your pause period ends. To pause, log into your account or contact us at hello@trynoren.com.

After Cancellation

Once cancelled, you will not be charged again. You will continue to have access to your current order until it runs out. We do not delete your account upon cancellation — you can reactivate your subscription at any time.
