Shipping Policy
At Noren, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping process and estimated delivery times.
Order Processing and Transit Time
Estimated delivery times:
2-3 days for order processing and transit time of 3-8 business days.
You will always receive an email once your order has been processed, including a tracking number.
We charge a shipping fee of $3.99 for orders below $50. Orders above $50 and subscription order enjoy free shipping.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays, customs processing, or carrier disruptions.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we have a few hours to make adjustments or cancel the order. After the order leaves our warehouse (usually a few hours after being received), we can no longer modify the information.
Incorrect Addresses
If an incorrect delivery address is provided when placing an order, Foostep is not responsible and cannot send a replacement package or refund these orders.
If you realise you entered an incorrect address at the time of your order, please email us immediately via our Contact page. The fastest way to reach us is through our contact form or by emailing hello@trynoren.com. We can only correct the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are responsible for lost or stolen packages and will send replacement packages or refund these orders.
