4.2 Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. We do not offer refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed unless covered by our money-back guarantee.

4.3 Subscription Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6.3 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content to us, you grant Noren a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content in any media for marketing and business purposes. You represent that you own or have the right to grant this license and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights.
