Noren is committed to delivering a high-quality product and an exceptional customer experience. This page outlines our product quality commitments and how we handle complaints.

1. Product Quality Commitment

Every batch of Noren Daily Debloat Powder is manufactured in a facility that follows Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Our products are:

     Produced in a GMP-certified facility

     Third-party tested for purity, potency, and safety

     Free from undeclared allergens (please review the label for full ingredient information)

     Batch-coded for full traceability — each pouch carries a batch number

If you ever have a question about a specific batch, contact us with the batch number printed on your pouch and we will provide the relevant quality information.

2. Product Warranty

What We Warrant

Noren warrants that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery, and that they conform to the ingredient specifications stated on the product label.

Warranty Period

Our warranty covers products from the date of purchase through the expiry date printed on the packaging. Products used or stored beyond their expiry date are not covered.

Warranty Does Not Cover

     Products damaged due to improper storage (e.g., exposure to heat, moisture, or direct sunlight)

     Products that have been tampered with or had their seals broken prior to purchase

     Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers

     Normal taste or texture variation between batches within acceptable manufacturing tolerances

     Individual reactions or results, which may vary from person to person

3. How to Report a Product Issue

If you believe your product is defective, contaminated, or does not match its label description, please contact us immediately:

     Include: your order number, batch number (printed on the pouch), a description of the issue, and photos if applicable

     We will respond within 2 business days and work with you to resolve the issue

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may request that you retain the product for inspection or dispose of it safely. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.

4. Adverse Event Reporting

Your safety is our top priority. If you experience an unexpected or serious adverse reaction after using a Noren product, please:

     Stop using the product immediately

     Consult a healthcare professional or call emergency services if necessary

     Contact us at hello@trynoren.com to report the reaction, including the batch number, symptoms experienced, and the date of use

We take all adverse event reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Serious adverse events may be reported to the FDA MedWatch program at fda.gov/safety/medwatch.

5. Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about our product, website, customer service, or any other aspect of your experience with Noren, please reach out to us first. We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.

Step 2 — Resolution Timeline

     We will acknowledge your complaint within 1–2 business days

     We aim to provide a full resolution within 5–7 business days

     Complex complaints may take longer — we will keep you updated throughout the process

Step 3 — Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution we offer, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant consumer protection authority in your jurisdiction. For US customers, this may include the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at ftc.gov or your state's attorney general office.
